How to do kapal bhati
Step 1: First sit on comfortable position, folding your legs, (padmasana) keeping your hands on kees, keeping back straight and facing the forehead up.
Step 2: Try to inhale the air by the stomach and abdomin muscles. Be gentle and smooth while inhaling the air.
Step 3: Now exhale the air out all of a sudden so that your stomach muscles can get contracted and the stomach becomes empty. Try to hold back your naval by contracting the muscles.
Step 4 : Repeat the step 2 again by just taking a half of a seconds pause. Be gentle and easy by relaxing your shoulder and hands.
Step 5 : Try to do it for 3 to 5 sets where each set consist of 8 to 10 repitions of inhale exhale technique.
