Food rich in protein, carbs and muscle building are all good for having thick thighs. You just only need some sets of exercise related to thighs and then have a full nutritious healthy food that fulfil your protein and carbohydrares requirement. Sooner your will see a positive difference in your thighs shape.

Squats are the wonderfull exercise of thighs volume. It is an amazing exericise to train your legs muscles. Asides thighs it also targets your hamstring, squad muscles and Glutes too. You should Definately try squat to bulk up your thighs and add volume and strengthen them.

Yes, the thighs are too attractive part of the body. It gives shape and curve to your body. They are one of the largest muscles of the body. Also it is noticable that girls with toned bulky thighs are more attractive. And not only girls also boys those have fleshy toned thighs are more apealing then skinny thighs. 


Do guys prefer thick thighs or skinny thighs? 

In my personal opinion, i prefer thick thighs rather then skinny thighs. May be your point of view is different from me. But i prefer curve toned thighs rather then skinny thighs. Even though my own thighs are not that bulky but still they are thicker then skinny. 


Are big thighs are genetic? 

Yes it can be said that at some extent. But we cannot say it completely. Because by exercise and complete healthy diet anyone can have big thick curvy thighs. Although its been noticed that some people have hereditary muscles development like if your father has healthy thick thighs then you are also more likely to have that too.
