In our village, traditionally tea was made with only jaggery or palm jaggery and it was had without any milk but now sadly it is being replaced with white sugar. If we just stick to our old cooking methods and recipes, we will never be nutritionally deficient at all. 



Consume curry leaves in your daily diet. 


Curry leaves are rich in iron, calcium and folic acid which are very very important for hair regrowth. If you don't have access to fresh curry leaves, we can also buy organic curry leaf powder from the shops and include it in our diet regularlyregularly or you can plant a small plant of curry leaves in your garden. 


The final tip is to include curry leaves regularly in our diet. Traditionally we consume spiced buttermilk which is made by grinding curry leaves with jeera, salt and butter milk regularly in our village. Usually while eating, we pick the curry leaves from the food and discard but my grandma used to insist that we eat the curry leaves too.
