This drink is too easy to make.It just take 4 easy steps to make it. Now I made a personal goal of mine to drink apple cider vinegar everyday. 
It is a resolution that i could probably say today that i have stuck to it.

I think I deserve it cheers for that because it isn't always easy but apple cider vinegar offers so many health benefits that it's worth. It can promote weight loss.It gives you bright beautiful skin. Also it helps acid reflux and there's even some studies out there that show that it can prevent esophageal cancer. 

This little drink is a great way to kick off your
morning. You can have it while you're
getting ready and putting on your makeup. 
The best part to it can be served hot or cold so if you are doing all your curling and your blow-drying and you're too hot to drink the hot drink you can have it cold. Now lets move towards the ingredients of the delicious drink

 Step 1:It starts with one cup of water whether you're having that warm or cold up to you.

important for you to get the most
benefits so i use the organic raw unfiltered apple cider vinegar. 
so this apple cider vinegar is organic
its unpasteurized so you're really gonna

I use about one to two tablespoons.I
honestly do about two a day but if that's
a little harsh for you. At first, you
might want to try one tablespoon.
